Introduction & Consent

Account Management

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. s555 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Pending transactions and bonus wagering conditions will be taken into consideration before the account is closed.

Financial Transactions

Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) can be used to deposit on s555. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The same minimum limit applies across all payment methods.

Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited, and such transactions may be automatically cancelled.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if an identity verification process is ongoing.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Active bonus wagering conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • s555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

  • Bonuses may have a set validity period — if conditions are not met on time, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
  • Any evidence of bonus abuse may result in account closure.
  • s555 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses apply only to the person in whose name the account is registered. If multiple members of the same household or multiple accounts from the same IP address attempt to claim bonuses, all associated bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts will be subject to review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

VIP tier advancement depends entirely on a player's activity and consistency. s555 reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time. Cashback benefits apply only to genuine and regular players.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the other provisions — all remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other related policies together form the entire agreement between you and s555. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by this agreement.

Language

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version will prevail.
